John Gabriel - President

As Founder, President and Chairman of the Board John Gabriel, age 41, brings public and private enterprise management and entrepreneurial experience to BBG Management Corporation. John has been the CEO of Oculus Ventures Corporation, a public entity traded on the TSXV as well as the founder of several start-ups since the age of 22, when he launched and managed his first business growing it to over $11M.

Angelina Koldyk - Accountant and Executive Assistant

As BBG Management Corp.'s lead accountant and tax adviser, Angelina brings a range of valuable financial expertise to the team. In these roles, she improved the firm’s information management system by creating and implementing upgraded financial control and forecasting methods for current and past accounts. Her long serving experience with BBG Management Corp. also allows Angelina to provide the President and Chairman of the Board with key executive services.

Jeffrey McGuinty – Vice President Operations

Ever since elementary school Jeffrey has had a love for gadgets, gizmos and a thirst for technical and computing knowledge. Expanding his gifts on a daily basis, Jeffrey has grown into a knowledgeable and dependable source for all things that have a heart of superconducting silicone at BBG management.
Having nearly seven years of administrative and office management experience and utilizing the current knowledge of BBG Management's various databases, Jeffrey is always striving to improve the companies flow and organization of data and assets. Jeffrey uses his strong multitude of resources and skills to help keep BBG Management operating efficiently and effectively.

Scott Mclean - Director of Corporate Marketing/Account Executive

A graduate from the Business Marketing Program at Algonquin College Scott adopts an open minded outlook on life and thrives when placed in a team dynamic. Scott's marketing experience includes an in-depth understanding of Business Intelligence and Planning, Sales Management, E-Marketing and Distribution, Integrated Marketing Communications, Market Research, Global Marketing and Client Relations Management.

Kate Macdonald - Account Manager

As an Account Manager at BBG Management, Kate’s focus markets include Aerospace/Defense, Healthcare and Consulting.  Kate has a B.A. Honours (Special field concentration in Linguistics) from Queen’s University, as well as a Master of Science in Teaching degree from SUNY Potsdam, and a certificate in Information Technology from Sheridan College.  Prior to joining BBG, Kate worked as a Business Analyst at Ernst & Young in Toronto, taught English in Taiwan and elementary school in Canada.

Alexander Hanna - Vice President Sales and Business Development Western North America

Building and launching sales channels that have exceeded targets has been crucial in his success. Sarah Doughty – Vice President of Staffing and Recruiting Services

Reporting to the CEO, I play a crucial role in driving talent acquisition strategies for the organization. I particularly contribute to the organization's overall strategic plan by focusing on HR strategies related to the video gaming industry. As a lifelong gamer, I am driven by my passion for seeing the best people work on the best video games. 

I possess a strong sourcing ability to target passive and active candidates of any title through social networking, pipe-lining and cold calling. I have worked to develop effective strategies with ability to execute and manage high volume recruiting in fast-paced environments; persuasive negotiating and closing of hires. 

I strive to provide recruitment and account management services to build out quality teams and achieve hiring objectives with a focus on the candidate experience. We don’t consider FPS guy for an RTS game, and we don’t send an iOS guy for an “AAA” project. We know the difference because we don’t just staff for video games, we play them too. 

I am always looking for talented graphic and 3D artists, animators, developers, IT staff, engineers, mathematicians, and technical support staff. We have a constant base of candidates from all senior levels, including Director and VP; in the casual, mobile, MMO, and “AAA” varieties.

Keyur Patel - Recruiter

Keyur has a strong education in Chemical Engineering and Business Management.He looks after the Technical Recruitment at BBG Management Corp.
He is responsible to recruit talent in the Aerospace, chemical, civil, mechanical, electrical and other techincal industries.He started his work at BBG from June 2011 and since has been working on a number of high profile recruitments all over North America. Keyur's dedication, motivation and hardwork are always a big asset for companies and job seekers looking to liase with him for their staffing needs. He always encourages and strives to make new and fruitful connections with clients in the recruitment industry.

Danny Ngo - Recruiter

Danny Ngo is a Recruiter at BBG Management Corporation, where he applies his skills and background in Human Resources into practice.
He began his career as an intern at BBG Management which led to his eventual position as a Recruiter with the company.
Danny graduated from Algonquin College completing the Advanced Business Administration Diploma majoring in Human Resources Management.

Brad Phillips - Recruiter

Brad is a newly appointed Recruiting Intern at BBG Management. With 10+ years of work experience in both the Public and Private sector at various organizational levels and holding a B.A. in Economics from Carleton University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Durham College, Brad is well versed in the costs and benefits, both financial and otherwise, of having the right person for the right role. With this in mind, he is always striving to provide a seamless match for both candidate and client.
